Jason McDonald

President, Justin Retirement Services, Inc.

Jason McDonald launched Justin Retirement Services, Inc. in the spring of 2002, after almost ten years with a Fortune 500 financial services company, achieving the title of Vice President of Institutional Sales for the Mid Atlantic, after holding various sales positions. He was named Rookie of the Year in 1994, and earned several Sales leadership awards in his ten years there, as well.

Under Jason’s leadership, JRS has achieved an impressive amount of assets under advisement. These total assets are comprised of retirement plan assets, as well as, wealth management assets.

Jason earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. He then went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University located in Baltimore, Maryland, as well. Jason currently holds his Series 7 – General Securities Representative Examination, Series 65 – Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination, and Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination licenses. Jason specializes in assisting retirement plan sponsors in developing procedures and processes to document due diligence to mitigate risk and provide clients with an unparalleled client experience. Jason can act as a fiduciary in ensuring independence is at the forefront of any client solution. In addition, Jason assists high net worth individuals and families by providing comprehensive financial planning.

Jason is very active in his local community and has served various non-profits in many ways from Board level governance to donating his time personally, as well as, sponsoring these non-profits as well.

Jason resides in Baltimore City, MD with his wife Leslie, and daughters Logan and Piper. Jason and his family like to spend their time at the beach as much as they can.

Tony Corea

Partner, Justin Retirement Services, Inc.

Tony Corea joined Justin Retirement in 2009 after working in wealth management for over a decade. Prior to joining JRS, Tony started his career in the Private Client division of Alex. Brown in 1997. He joined Brown Advisory Securities, LLC in 2003 as a Vice President in the Retail Group.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University and currently holds his Series 7 – General Securities Representative Examination, Series 65 – Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination, and Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination licenses. Tony specializes in assisting high net worth individuals and their families with customized financial planning. Through defining goals and objectives Tony implements an investment strategy tailored to meet his client’s needs.

Tony sat on the board of the ARC Northern Chesapeake Region for over 10 years and is a past Treasurer of the organization. He currently is a member of the Society of Italian American Businessman, which supports other non-profit groups in the community.

Tony resides in Forest Hill, MD with his wife Kathryn and their three sons. He enjoys golf and watching his boys play soccer.
